With every passing year, our culture is defined by its changing styles
in fashion. These styles are created by artists who design apparel. Apparel
design is a field that is highly competitive, but also potentially very
lucrative for the most talented. Training is available at most art schools, and
requires a commitment to excellence along with an eye for detail. Aspiring
apparel designers must also be willing to accept criticism and work for a long
time just to get their work noticed.
