Way
up in the outskirts of Erie, Pennsylvania, you'll find Edinboro University of
Pennsylvania, a public university with excellent elementary and secondary
education, as well as health science programs, in addition to the usual
selection of college majors. Most admitted students earn about 500 on each SAT
test, and have earned at least a 2.5 high school GPA.
